Tawren 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2005 Two good matches for this week. I can't comment on momentos as I missed it, but the wrestling was very fun. First off, the final fall of a 2/3 falls Shocker/La Parka/Mistico vs Hector Garza/Hijo Del Perro Aguayo/Ultimo Guerrero. Very heated and very good. It's too bad they didn't show the whole match because it really looked like this was a great match on the whole. Garza is such a sleazy jerk, doing Mistico's praying bit (that is what he was doing, right?) whilst beating on him. The dive followed by La Parka's springboard moonsault was a thing of beauty. The main event for the show was Hijo Del Santo vs Averno, 2/3 falls. Not great like it probably could have been, but I liked it a lot. Santo's super sunset flip for the first fall was great. Averno hit one of the swankest powerbombs I have ever seen. The finish with Averno tapping was well done. In all, this was a good match with some neat spots, but it was missing something crucial.
