So i got my ass kicked today

ok, so there's this kid at school thats been bugging me this week. he's the typical big loser type, that'll probably be in jail in 5 years, twice my size, big fat head. anyway, everything culminated today in school. i was walkiing the hall, made eye contact with him, and he said something to me but i couldnt';here because i had my headphones on. anyway, before i could say anything. he shoves me to the ground. i get up, get in his face and say "if you lay your fucking finger on me again, i;ll fuck you up bad" i dont know what i meant by that, i just wanted him to realise that he wasnt going to intimidate me. then i patted him on his cheek. thats when we went nuts. repeated kicks and punches to the head resulted. i wasn' too bad after though, cuts on my lip and a bump on my head. i got up right after,, after adjusting my watch to fins a crowd of people staring at me, but he was gone.

 

when i got home i called some friends up and was enraged. i was saying things i would never usually say, like what i wanted to do to him, i seriously wanted to go back tomorrow and nail him in the face with a weapon of some sort. after relaxing, i realised this wasnt the best idea, so im going to school tomorrow, and letting them know of the incident. hopefully, he'll be suspended long enough to fuck up his year, so he;ll have to come back next year. or should i take it further and press charges for assault? all i know, is that im sick to death of theses kinds of people , these shitheads that are a plague on society that ruin it for everyone to else. this world is so fucked up....

dude did you go to a public school in North America? You press charges and you'll get swarmed. I know, a friend of mine got beat and pressed charges and the next day at school 5 guys beat him up, this continued to some degree for the rest of the school year.

 

It's unfortunete but that's the way public school's are.

Pattin the guy on the cheek wasnt a bad idea. That was badass. You should have followed it up with a quick punch because he would be pissed. That would have been the best time to swing.

 

Nothin wrong with gettin your ass kicked. Your a pussy if you start something then back down. Sometimes you have to stand up forself. My guess is this kid wont bother you again, especially if he knows your not going to just take it. But theres nothin wrong with a good asskickin, one on one. It's unfortunete but that's the way public school's are.

My high School was terrible.  There were many fights within a two week period, all related to something.  All of those fights led to a big riot, whcih people were throwing bottles lighters, and pizza boxes, somebody also pissed on somebody else's backpack.  A sherriff's deputy got hit in the head with a full soda can, and 17 students were arrested.  I almost got arrested for just being part of the crowd that was trying to get away.  The school's solution was to tear down the hills were the riots were centralized at.  Same time next year, we had a similar incident.

What's the big deal? Fights are the proven point of your manhood. Not if you kick the guy's ass but if you got in a confrontation and you did not back away like coward. Getting your ass beat is a part of growing up. Patting the guy's cheek was a good idea as peope will know your not intimidated but others may interprete that you were trying to slap him but you're so weak it look like a pat.

 

 Most likely he won't care about you afterwards since he gained nothing from it. However, expect some stares and shit but it's no big deal as people forget the next day.

 

 I got in many fights in the locker room with my team mates and we never got suspended or even detention, since it's really no big deal as long as no property was damaged. Have I gotten my ass kicked? Sure, a few times but at least I made sure I left my mark one way or another.

 

BTW...When you patted...just to add more "Bad Ass" to it...you shoulda grined.

Sometimes just standing up for yourself is enough.  I was a skinny bastard in high school (still am in college, but that's neither here nor there) and as such always got picked on by bullies, including one in particular.  One time he shoved me into the lockers when I walked past him, and I turned and went "OK, you bastard, why don't you make a move when I'm looking for you?"  A few people got between us because they expected me to get my ass kicked, but he left me alone after that.
