Renegade 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2005 I tried to make a payment of $3.50 via paypal and I got this message "This transaction exceeds your Sending Limit. Please complete your enrolment in the Verification Programme. You will then be allowed to send more money." The hell? I should have a limit of $500 and I've never used paypal to pay for anything.
