Indeed.  That match was horrible. He was totally squashed, and made to look like a fool against Matt Hardy of all people.  How sad.

Well, considering Perfect was that close from being fired (he was probably already fired, they just hadn't told him yet) at the time of the taping, I'm sure making him look bad was intentional.

Yea, HeAT is my favorite show, but I missed it too, we went out for dinner for Mother's Day.  That's why there's a replay! Yeah!

 

About Perfect v. Matt Hardy... that's probably true that he was already fired and the squash was intentional, although it might be some misguided WWE personnel way of showing support for Lita since Matt's her boyfriend (at least character boyfriend), so having him win one is like winning one for Lita! OK, maybe not, and even though I'm not a Lita fan by any stretch, I hope she's doing OK.

I caught some of the Heat replay, and man, Perfect looked like a total dumbass at the hands of Matt Hardy. And you know when a Hardy Boy makes you look like a stupid dipshit, you're in trouble.

Yeah.  It probably was intentional. Especially since Perfect seemed to be rather high on the Heat pecking order, getting a win last week over Tommy Dreamer and all.  It was just horrible to watch someone like Perfect get utterly squashed by someone like Matt Hardy.  What a way to go out of the WWF!  To be squashed by a Hardy on Heat.
