Guest HBK16 Report post Posted May 11, 2002 OK I got this tape called Best of NWC vol 1. I think it is National Wrestling Council. Anyways, the tape is aesome. The first match is Sabu vs. Cactus Jack in a desert death match (not like BJPW's. I think they named it that cuz the show was in Las Vegas and Vegas is in the desert.) The second match is the same two guys but in a cage filled with weapons match. Those first two matches reminded me of watching an old school ECW Cactus Jack match with all these sick table bumps and even taking the action into the casino. Then there is a Terry Funk vs. Virgil in a branding match. This match was crazy. Funk did his wild swings in the crowd and hit a fan and the fan exploded on Funk and tried to attack him. The fan was ambushed my cops ans security. The last match is my fav, it is Power of Pain (the Barbarion and the War Lord) vs. Aerial Assult (Bobby Bradly & a very young Rob Van Dam).
