I get a pretty good deal for only 9.99. I get like 6 GB transfer, 10 MySQL DBs (good because I experiment alot), 150 MB webspace (PLENTY for me) and like 100 POP3 e-mails. My stuff has only gone down for more than an hour like twice in a year. My only problem is artistic... that's why my logo sucks. :-)
