Wacky Bloopers!

Recommended Posts

Well, it's been a while, but here's this weeks installment. Sorry, I've been really busy as of late, but hey, better late then never.

-The French Horror Film "Haute Tension" will unfortunately be released dubbed, with an R rating instead of the uncut, undubbed version I reported on earlier.

-Natalie Portman has upset those of the Jewish faith by kissing actor Aki Avni in the shadow of sacred site the Western Wall in Jerusalem, in her native Isreal. The kiss is part of a new movie of hers, called "Free Zone"

-As I reported in the upcoming DVD's thread, Stuart Gordons 1987 film "Dolls" will get a DVD release sometime this year. Also, Gordon's 1986 film "From Beyond" will be released in '06, with a great amount of special features being promised.

-Naomi Campbell has blamed use of Cocaine for her recently bad temper. Maybe she should also blame it on her failed early 90's singing career, including doing backing vocals for the film "Cool as Ice"

-Scarlett Johansson was thrilled to work as a voice on the "Spongebob Squarepants" movie-because she used to have a massive crush on David Hasslehoff

-The Great, late Hunter S. Thompson will have his ashes blasted across his estate by keeping in his final wishes. Speaking of Thompson, you should read "Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail", which was done for Rolling Stone in '72, back when it actually meant shit.

-Movie bosses are threatening to take legal action against those who post photos and spoilers of the upcoming "Star Wars" prequal on their websites. Didn't this already happen back in '02 and in '99?

-Rob Zombie's film "The Devil's Rejects" has been moved up to a July 22nd release date

-The new, extended trailer for the "Amotyville Horror" remake is now up and running on http://movies.yahoo.com/movies/feature/the...illehorror.html

-Anchor Bay UK will be releasing the cult Australian horror film "Razorback" on DVD April 11th, with no word yet on US DVD release

-And finally, RIP Sandra Dee, star of such films of Gidgett, and wife of singer Bobby Darrin. She was 62
