What's up with them they could've swept the series against LA but they're down 3-1, they had the lead in the 4th in every game and then they get soft at the end. Im not a spurs fan but thats pitiful.

Everyones favotrite TiMVP has not stepped up in the forth.  He has been getting the ball, in single coverage and still been giving it up.  He can go to the free throw line anytime he gets ready(well, any time the refs feel like taking the whistle out of their asses.  Honestly, the games on the west coast have been horribly officiated.  The Mavs have been getting screwed, the Lakers and Spurs are being equally screwed) yet he keeps passing it back out and not even reposting after he does so.

In comparison, you go to the East coast where MY MVP demands the ball at the end of any close game, and forces the defence to either foul him or let him score.  Result, Nets going to the East finals, Spurs coughing up 4 STRAIGHT GAMES and will be eliminated in 6(I think they will get one more)

You are dead on with the Spurs could have swept the Lakers.  If you have the MVP on your side, go to him...If you are the MVP, you take the ball and take over.  Iverson did it last year, Shaq did it the year before, double team or no, Duncan is giving it up with single coverage and the threat the he might be double teamed.

Spurs scared of the Lakers?  In other news, the sun rises.

I couldn't agree more.  The Spurs have played like a bunch of pansies, to put it mildly.  They should have swept the Lakers, but no, they have all these big leads and they let the Lakers back into it.  Instead of attacking the paint, possibly getting Shaq to foul out, the continually throw it outside to shoot threes, which haven't been able to fall in.  They deserve to lose this series.  All I can hope is that the Kings will play with more balls, and take it to the Lakers, because the Lakers aren't that good, well not as good as last year's team.
