Guest oldschoolwrestling Report post Posted February 12, 2002 When you turn on Raw or Smackdown, who do you pray won't be on, yet they still are?
Guest Dark Lotus Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Of the ones you've listed, Steffie Mac is the only one who just makes me want to go out and Michael Hutchence myself. That said, if Big Show and DDP were fired tomorrow, I would not shed a tear.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I also have to say Stephanie. When I see her on TV...I mute my TV and use the close-caption.
Guest theWCWRaider Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Anyone with the last name of McMahon.
Guest oldschoolwrestling Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I had clicked Steph and was about to add my vote, but she at least has the funbags to look at. I had to choose Vince because he truly disgusts me since he loves himself so much. Not that Steph isn't the same, but at least she's a hot female.
Guest theWCWRaider Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Stephanie would be a hell of a lot hotter, if she'd vow to never, ever, speak again.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I never had a problem with Steph being on TV in early-mid 1999. IMO, she played her role well. Then she "married" HHH and was all over TV.
Guest The Mighty Damaramu Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Stephanie, Michael Cole, Big Show, and THAT FAT PIECE OF SH*T RIKISHI! God I hate nobody more than I hate Rikishi!
Guest Galactic Gigolo Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Definetly Jerry Lawler. He's an old guy, who is starting to noticably bald, and he's still doing all the annoying "Puppies" crap that made me cring in 1999, and still makes me cring in 2002. I wish Vince hadn't taken this guy back. And on a side note add The Hardy Boyz, Lita, Crash Holly (I'm one of the few, the brave who watch Jakked), Big Boss Man, Dudley Boyz, Rikishi, and Scotty 2 Hotty. All of them just get on my nerves so much.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I also would add Rikishi. This guy went from an over face to a heel with little heat back to a face then left and came back a face as his tired 2000 "dancing fat man" gimmick.
Guest Kinetic Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I'd also like to mention the fat, useless plague that is Rikishi. My memory is foggy, but wasn't he actually worthwhile at some point? Not GREAT by any stretch of the imagination, but didn't he seem like a future main eventer in 2000? Now, it seems like his moveset is based almost entirely around his ass and he's just another perpetual mid-carder with no direction.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Rikishi was very over in 2000 and even had a good match with HHH on Smackdown. Now he has no direction and is back using his tired "dancing fat man" gimmick.
Guest Downhome Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I'd also like to mention the fat, useless plague that is Rikishi. My memory is foggy, but wasn't he actually worthwhile at some point? Of course, this was back in the day when he FIRST re-debuted under his current image. I remember seeing him on Jacked, and saying "damn", as he was just doing all different types of moves, and he did a HELL of a Rikishi Driver back then. He kept this up for a few months, but the moment he got with Too Cool and started dancing and started the "Stink Face" crap, he mysteriously took away ALL the moves he did that I loved so much. Edge is another guy I just desipise now, I can not stress how much I dislike him now! Christian is a MUCH better performer, and I STILL predict that out of the two, CHRISTIAN will be the future "Superstar", not Edge.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted February 12, 2002 There's a lot of names that aren't listed that could be. I'd add Godfather & Goldust to that list, as well.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Godfather also sucks now. The fans can no longer chant his "catch-phrases". I kinda like Goldust.
Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Here is my list of people I can do without seeing: Albert Bradshaw Crash (unless he is given a better gimmick) Debra Faarooq Lita Matt Hardy Rikiski Scotty 2 Hotty Tajiji (unless he is going to be used right) Terri William Regal (can't stand this dude)
Guest Kinetic Report post Posted February 12, 2002 What about the Dudley Boyz? These guys have completely outlasted their usefulness. At the very nadir of 2001 for the WWF, which I would say was probably around the August-September area, it seemed like every show had a six-man tag with the Dudleys and a few random main event guys. And they all sucked.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I think the Dudley's are more over-exposed than anything else. Get them & Spike off TV for a few months and bring them back in tye-dye.
Guest Army Eye Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Stephanie McMahon Spike Dudley Godfather (his rapid loss of heat has been startling, why wasn't his gimmick changed at all?) Rikishi Scotty + Albert Michael Cole
Guest Kinetic Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I'd say either give Bubba some mic time or turn them face again. It's just that they haven't done anything even remotely interesting throughout this latest heel run. They've probably held either the WWF or WCW tag titles for 90% of that time, and they still haven't had a feud of any consequence. The thing with this topic is that most of the wrestlers named would be fine if the creative team gave them something to do. Off the top of my head, I can think of at least ten guys that I used to like to watch who have been made completely dull in the last year or so.
Guest nwawildsidemark Report post Posted February 12, 2002 steph without a doubt!
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I still say take all 3 Dudley's off TV for a few months. Have them come back in tye-dye and attack another tag team. Then judge from the crowd reaction if they're better off faces or heels. The Dudley's hardly get mic time anymore.
Guest dreamer420 Report post Posted February 12, 2002 The Dudley's are getting a little stale now but are still valuable parts of the WWF. If the Tag Team division is going to stay above water they will need the Dudley's. Kinetic is right when he says to give Bubba Ray more mic time. They could be the biggest heels the WWF has seen if done right
Guest Kinetic Report post Posted February 12, 2002 They've never gotten a lot of mic time in the WWF, if my memory serves me correctly. I'm not all that familiar with their ECW stuff, but I've been told that Bubba could do a fantastic heel promo. Why the WWF wouldn't allow for this, when it's obviously in their best interest and could potentially ignite what's been an unbearably stale team in a horrible tag division, is beyond me. Beyond everything I've mentioned before, I'd also suggest dropping the "Bushwackers 2000" garb they've been sporting all these years.
Guest Hogan Made Wrestling Report post Posted February 12, 2002 RVD should be on the list.

Guest Big McLargeHuge Report post Posted February 12, 2002 I voted for steph. I didn't find her annoying until last night, when she was in EVERY frickin' segment. I was going to throw my boot at the TV. I had to go outside and scream just let some steam off. She irritated me that much. And those horrible singers helped nothing. The only reason I didn't stop watching was to see if her tits would pop out of that outfit. They did. But I'm sure if Vince saw this, he'd interpret it as Steph being a great heel, thus giving her more TV time. No Vince. Get her off of my TV...NOW!
Guest Mike the Guido Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Get theRock away from me. I can't stand that seizure-having, move-destroying heel-masquerading-as-a-face.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Michael Cole. Announcing is critical to a wrestling program, and this guy just doesn't have it. Heyman couldn't even carry the guy.
Guest Downhome Report post Posted February 12, 2002 Godfather (his rapid loss of heat has been startling, why wasn't his gimmick changed at all?) His gimmick was changed, he went "legit". That is part of the reason that he looses his crowd reaction more and more each time he comes out.
