Have you ever use a wrestling move in a fight?

(I've never posted anything in this section before, but it seems the right place to do it.)

I did once, but it was unintentional. I was in the sixth grade, and me in this kid got into it. To get to the point: after a bit of tussling, I pushed the kid down. Hard. This only served to piss him off even more than he already was, so he charged at me. Right when he was on me, I grabbed him in headlock and fell on my back, with my arm locked around his head all the while. The fight ended there, as the kid got up holding his head and ran away.

Apparently, according to the kids who witnessed it, I had DDT'ed him. I didn't watch wrestling then, so I had no idea what they were talking about, but the kids seemed to be impressed, so I basked in the glory of it all. Looking back on it, it was probably a very shitty DDT--if it was a DDT at all--but there you go.

not really in a fight situation here, but back in high school, in my graphic arts class, you'd be working on a project and people would come up and put you in a tazzmission or a sleeper.  those things hurt like shit!

Lots of times actually. A front headlock, or front chancery (sp?) is a great hold in a fight... though you leave your ribs pretty exposed so you better be sure to take the guy down right away. My favorites are the half and full nelson and the crossface chicken wing. :)

I did use a stunner not long ago in a real fight too... I shit you not. Really, it did little because the guy resisted the hold (of course) but it did take us both down to the floor and gave me time to turn around.

all the time. I'm a big guy, so it's easy to overpower most people, so i can lock on all kinds of holds.

I've done the tazzmision,sleeper,crossfacechickenwing.

i've given a kid a DDT, a scorpion deathdrop, and once I actually hit a KICK WHAM STUNNER

I've taken a Rock Bottom and Stone Cold Stunner for dramatic purposes, but surprisingly enough, as cocky and occasionally annoying as I am I've only been in a few real fights in all my years.  Though I do remember once in 6th grade you could say I was gored or speared into a brick wall... and it hurt.

I've tried wrestling with friends, and whenever I try to pull off an actual wrestling move I don't have the upper arm strength since they're struggling to break the hold (and always do).

Stuff like tazzmissions and chicken wings work pretty well.  I think I even invented a new one once: I had my brother in a hammerlock, and then reached around his neck for a sleeper at the same time, and hooked my hands together behind his back.  Effective as hell.

I've never used wrestling moves in a proper fight because i've honestly never had one. I have used them in wrestling with my friends however when i was younger.

I once made my best mate(who was ten times tougher than me) cry when i locked an STF on him. It was around the time Chono was NWA champ and i wanted to be Chono Jr. I was a bit shocked that i'd hurt him so much but at the same time i was thinking "yeah! I am the master of the STF"!  I did the same thing to someone with a boston crab once as well.

I've taken just about every submission move and tapped like a baby. I've also been powerbombed, double powerbombed and been put out twice by proper sleeper holds.

Haven't been in many fights myself but I did make this one guy go mental when I put him in a Boston Crab, it was pulled back as far as I could and it almost was the Liontamer. The guy was going nuts and the crowd that gathered were impressed.

Other than that I've done lots of moves and such with friends, sometimes figuring them out and others just messing around. I'd say the most impressive thing I've ever done was a 450 splash off a ledge onto my friend who was padded for his sake and so was underneath. We got it on camera too which was cool.

I witnessed a fight where one guy did a fucking GERMAN SUPLEX on the other guy. The guy who was suplexed v-e-r-y-s-l-o-w-l-y got up and walked off, mumbling, "You won, man." I found out a couple of days later the guy had a concussion as a result.

I've used the kata hajime (Tazmission) in virtually every fight I've been in since learning how to do it properly, and it works almost every time. Once you lock it in, the people get so paranoid that they are running out of air they don't think about trying to break the hold, which usually makes them tap or pass out.

Headlock and somewhat of a German Suplex.

The threw a wild punch, I moved he spun 1/2 way around and I grabbed him and slammed him over my head onto the grass.  He laid there for a while hurting.  I went to catch my breath and drink another beer.  Fights at drunken parties are funny sometimes.

I went for a facebuster on someone in third grade and in junior high, I bodyslammed someone. On a side note, you guys must be fighting some real chumps if they allow you to perform wrestling moves on them.

A few years back some dude was messing with my girlfriend and we got into it and I went Ultimate Warrior on him. I dropped him with 3 or 4 clotheslines before going back to just punching and crap. Then everybody ran out and separated us.

Then there was another fight I had with one of my friends...probably the most dramatic fight I've ever been in. At one point he locked me in a full nelson and was talking all this shit to me then I just got all pissed off, busted out of the move and beat the shit out of him. From what I remember, I think I locked him in a headlock and started punching him in the top of the head and then everybody ran in and broke us up. It was crazy...and it was also the 3rd fight I got into that night...and I got in 1 more after that. Oh well...unless anybody wants to hear the whole story that's it.

I've broken someones jaw outside a pub with a Sweet Chin Music.

This guy jumped my friend, and I came side on with a SuperKick to the attackers jaw.

Well when he got up, his couldn't talk, and his mouth was bloody, so I can only assume I broke his Jaw.

The nastiest example i remember of sombody doing a wrestling move in a fight was when one of my freinds did a really ugly powerbomb on a a kid who had just just spat on him after a football match, dropping his head on the concrete.

I assumed Papacita was a female who had a lesbian crush on Chyna, maybe Chyna just inspires that kind of assumption.

A good hammerlock can be painful as hell, so when I used to fight I would try to use that. I believe I've also used a full nelson and a headlock once. But the hammerlock rules all.

I did a belly-to-belly on a guy who pissed me off once. He grabbed me by myshirt and I just reacted by doing the suplex onto the concrete walkway we were standing on. I didn't know what the fuck I had done until like a minute after it was over.

I got chokeslamed in drama class one time.  This big guy who was pretty much a mark came up to me and did one (a shitty one albeit).  It was on a tile floor, so when I slipped and fell before he could get me all the way up, but that's what it resembled the most.

Anyone ever blade in a real fight?

That was a topic on RSPW about five years ago and I thought it was funny as hell.

Get your ass whooped in a real fight, then blade yourself so the guy who is beating you thinks you've had enough. It might just work.

I hurt somebody with a big splash, and in another incident I caused my younger brother to shit his pants one time.

I got a DDT in once.  That's a good one because all you have to do is catch a guy coming in with a headlock and let yourself fall backwards.

In another one, I actually got a release German in.  Completely by accident.  I was getting whupped pretty good but I kept getting back up.  So he's getting pissed and all "You pussy, I bet you can't even lift me!"  So I got behind him and lifted him up and just happened to fall backwards.  That was the end of that.

Just to very the topic a bit, has anybody here ever no-sold in a fight? I mean, you got hit hard and it hurt like hell, and you just glared at the guy.  Did that once.  Pisses the guy off bad, but it can end the fight in a hurry.

A few times. Once I got into it with this big dude in front of all of these people and he hit me real hard to try and embarrass me but I just smile at him. That shit hurt though.

Another time, I was playing basketball and accidentally hit this girl I liked in the head with the ball. I told her she could get a free hit on me and...well she beat the shit outta me. She went to sit down and I just grabbed the basketball and kept playing like nothing happened, when I really felt like I was about to pass out. That girl could hit.

all the time. Especially when the guys like twice my size. My buddiees and I have a strategy. If a Huge guy picks a fight with us we just start acting crazy. I bash my head up against a lamp post and shit like that. In normally freaks the big guy out.

How does that freak people out?  I have seen people bash their heads, and it looked pretty funny!

as i noted in another folder in this forum, i speared a kid in 6th. In 7th, i gave a kid a german suplex in PE on the wrestling mat after he smacked me when we were wrestling. The coach walked in his office to get something and as the kid got up, WHAM! german suplex and he landed perfectly on his back.

I've actually had some success with believe it or not the clawhold,I have really big hands so all I really need to do is clamp onto somebodys head and squeeze It's funny because they usually have a really bad headache the next day.

On the subject of blading,I used to blade quite often when I used to wrestle with friends. This was way before it was exposed like it is today (1990) so everbody thought I was crazy for slicing my head open on a daily basis,I was even sent to the school counselor because my teachers thought I was an abused child, and when I explained that it was a wrestling thing they just looked at me like I was from outer space they didn't understand.(I don't blame them)

I did it for awhile until one time I really cut too deep and I thought I was going to die, I've never seen so much blood before, fuck the muta scale give me the fouronthefloor77 scale it was that bad I needed stitches but I was afraid to tell my mom so I just used some butterfly strips to hold the cut closed and it eventually stopped bleeding.I was really weak and could barely do anything I only bladed a couple of times after that before I FINALLY realized it was stupid.

I didn't really scar much  I mostly bladed on my forehead wrinkle so I only have one really deep wrinkle and one big diagonal along the top.I was the only 14 year old with a wrinkled forehead. My advice to anyone is be careful if you're going to blade or better yet don't do it at all!!!

In a real fight I doubt there would be anything more the punching and kicking.

But when I attack idoits that I hate I always use the Half Nelson, Full Nelson Facebuster, Downward Spiral, Arm bar, Crossface.

And in gym when we're doing wrestling I always use the michinoku cradle.

In the 11th grade, I got in a fight before a game with one of my natural enemies. It started with simple punching and name calling, then he grabbed me and threw me into the lockers this is a DE and I'm just a corner). He pulls me and basically irish whips me into another set of lockers. I fall to my ass...h slowly walks over to me, reaches for me, I sweep him down. grabbed his left leg and right leg and  applied the perfect Sharpshooter. I leaned all the way back and really added some torque. He was screaming....I let go and it's round 2. We set up in a basic lockup, I turn and lock my hands around his large stomach and pretty much twist him around until I got my hands comfortable and did a half ass G E R M A N on his 360 pound ass. I nearly parylyzed myself in turn. I get up...thinking it's over. He gets up and knocks me down from behind. he lays some lefts and rights on me...I get up and shove him into the lockers and he falls down. He slowly pushes himself up...I stand in attack mode and BOOM! Sweet Chin Music! Game Over. Then of course,we got out and play a game, win 46-15 and party all night and forget the whole incident ever happened.
