Ok so here's the deal. I've just started actually working out and going to the gym. I usually do a ton of cardio and then play basketball for a while.

 

Well I've realized I want to lift weights but I don't really want to add that much mass. I kind of want to tone up and define my entire body. But I don't know the first fucking thing about what weights to lift, or how much, or what.

 

So I was wondering if anyone here had a good weight lifting plan that they use or know of?
