I don't know how it plays around the rest of the world, but after Smackdown airs, the 10pm news in the NYC area usually features some WWE-related "news" fluff piece, mostly tabloidish stuff like "Where is Road Dogg and why did he leave".

 

Anyway, they teased some sort of expose about Ivory. I didn't see the news broadcast, but I got the impression that Ivory revealed she was gay.

 

Can anybody confirm this?

I had heard that too some time ago, but I wasn't sure if it was legit. Isn't she almost 10-15 years older than Helms? I know that probably makes no difference, but I don't know...

 

I just wish someone had seen the "news" story so I could stop all this stupid wondering...

That was one of the post-Smackdown UPN9 wrestling stories that I really was planning to watch, since I've always kinda had a thing for Ivory. Unfortunately, I got distracted by something else and completely forgot about it until I saw this thread.

 

Damn it, and UPN9.tv is no help. They have last week's Hulk Hogan story online, but not this one.

Is Sean Mooney still on that station? I thought it was pretty cool the first time I saw him on the UPN news since he used to be a WWF reporter in the 80's.

UPN50 does that sometimes, too.

 

Of course, you can pick it up a good distance away, too, as I found out when I went to band camp last summer in Mount Pleasant. It's like 4 1/2 hours from Detroit and it's one of their big stations.
