the tap water at my parent's house used to be awesome, to the point where i would bring home gallons of it, because it tasted better than the ghetto water here (though i have come to like the texture of Haverhill water). but they (the town) added some weird chemicals and shit to the water, and now it has this horrid aftertaste, which apparently only i noticed. or maybe because i was the only one to regularly drink water there. water is good for you, mang. i have an empty half gallon juice bottle i fill at least once, sometimes twice, a day. and i'm still fat. oh well.

what, are people too good for water? gracious. it's not anyone in paticular i rant to about this. people will drink all kinds of chemical-y things but not water. i *do* drink other things occasionally. milk, coffee, OJ, soda sometimes. but water is the first thing i reach for.

 

even worse are the people who are too good for tap water and buy it in bottles. fuck you, i'm not paying for water when it falls from the sky for free.

i'm not a troublestarter in general. if anything, drinking makes me sleepy, and that's no fun. i stay away from beerish drinks because it takes too many of the fuckers to get me drunk... then my stomach hurts from being overfilled with piss-like sudsiness. liquor is quicker.

So the Gulag sucks. Nothing like I imagined. No vile, persona non grata types allowed back in to interact with each other, which for me, was the appeal and reason for being in the first place. Every banned person should be allowed. It isn't like they would be able to post on the rest of the board, so fuck it, let them back in if they want. No one allowed in to poke and/or coddle the detainees. She's entertaining, sure, but it's basically been Leena talking to herself and a select few mods, which gets boring. Zero punishments have been enforced because of people bitching about being thrown in for anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days, which is nothing. Somehow establish that it's by no means permanent like a ban and more of a time out for them to reflect on whatever it was they did that was stupid or wrong or to flip out regardless for our amusement. Oh and even with the Gulag we still ban people regardless, further defeating the purpose.
