You can tell by his scarred-up forehead. I must have missed out on Friar Ferguson... who the hell was he and when did he show up? Not all of them were "flashes in the pan"... case in point: Savage. But you're right, picture quality notwithstanding, it could be someone else, but I'd put money on it being Colon. Upon further insepction... it looks like the person in question does have a white shoulder strap on his left shoulder. Calon it probably is, indeed.
