That's why I use AdAware, AntiSpyware, HijackTHIS, and Spybot S&D when I do my weekly/bi-weekly spyware/defragmentation/virus-scan. I also have my virus scan run everytime my computer goes idle (usually 1-2 times a day since I'm not away from the comp often, when I'm sleeping or working)
