Several matches are for a tournament of WCW and New Japan wrestlers. Does anyone know what the tournament was for? I initialy thought it was the Crusierweight Title tournament but the tape has guys like Road Warrior Animal, Shinya Hashimoto, and Kensuke Sasaki in it.
Guest Jubuki Posted May 18, 2002 Report Posted May 18, 2002 Just a cross-promotional thing. Maybe the winner got a title shot, I don't know. It's the G1 Climax Special comm, from what I can glean. The Liger/Benoit & Kosh/Hashimoto stuff looks nice, even if the rest sucks.
