Help with software please

I bought a DVD burner the other day and I got the label maker to go with it, it was memorex label maker. Well the label maker makes you calibrate and it will be calibrated and still not line the labels up right on the stickers. I was told there is another program where it automatically lines it up anyone know the name of it and where I can download it.
