I was just looking at some old PPV's and these "King Of The Ring" tournaments came up. I've been watching since 86' and I don't remember these ever being Televised. Were they or have they ever been released to Video?

Nope. All were House shows...although they did continue the "KING" gimmick for Race.

I guess you could say Savage continued it as well when he became the Macho King. What about Haku and Jim Duggan? I remember them having "king" gimmicks or titles as well.

Yes, Savage also continued the gimmick, however...Duggan beat Race for the crown and I believe Haku then beat Duggan for the crown. Although I may be off.
