Nice use of a  former World Champ, jobbing to Spike in the curtain jerker.

I smell Hogan, Hall, and Nash coming already.

I wonder if the WWF will book Smackdown on crusie-control until the nWo debuts at No Way Out.

Regal Vs. Val

The match lasts no more than 2 minutes. Val hits a clotheslines and the ref gets involved and Regal gets the advantage and as the ref is distracted. Regal gets his knucks out again and nails Val and gets the pin. After the match ends, Jonathan Coachman is trying to talk to Regal about the knucks..Regal decks him with them and then suddenly outta nowhere, Edge spears Regal and attacks him until security and refs restrain and remove him. Regal looks awefully TICKED OFF and gets his IC title belt and leaves.

Winner: William Regal

Damn! We have more Edge/Regal matches coming. They'll probably do a "Brass Knuckles on a Pole" match at NWO.

Brass Knucks on a pole for the IC belt.

What do you think?  Is it inevitable?

They confirmed Brass Knux on a Pole according to RajahWWF who FINALLY got round to doing the update...

I think they'll do the knucks on a pole match. Since they kept having Regal use them so many times. If a match like that doesn't happen. Why waste time using Knucks for Regal?

Torrie rushes it to check on Tajiri. Goldust pushes her to the corner and appears to be setting her for the Shattered Dreams, but RVD runs out and hits a step-over spinning heel kick, following it with the Five Star Frog Splash. Fade Out.

Jericho returns to a room backstage and notices 5 cans of beer on a table. Suddently a snap of a can is heard. Austin is in the room with a can of beer in his hand. Conflict looked imminent but Austin just demands Jericho to pick up a beer and toast Austin and Austin just knocks the beer in Jericho's face and all over a closet door. Austin talks about RAW and tells Jericho that anytime he wanted too...BAM!!!...He's all Austin and wants him to think about it. Austin leaves and Jericho wipes the beer off of his face.

Goldust has the "Curtain Call" back. Good way to waste the Crusierweight champ Tajiri.

Tag team turmoil?

Is it at No Way Out?

That's a good way to get the huge roster on the ppv...

I bet Storm/Christian win.

In the back, the Dudleys burst in on Flair. They ask why Booker and Test get a shot at the Tag Titles and not them. Booker T and Test have teamed once in the past three months. The Dudleys haven't gotten their rematch yet. They are the most decorated team in history.

Flair says that Booker and Test got the match because they have a personal problem with Tazz and Spike. Lance and Christian burst in and say that if anyone deserves the match, it should be the 7-time Tag Champ Christian. Flair says that this kind of thing is exactly why he set up the Tag Turmoil match. It will be the Dudleys, Storm/Christian, Acolytes, Billy & Chuck, Scotty & Albert, and the Hardys. The winner will face the Tag Champs at WrestleMania. Fade Out.

It's TAG TEAM TURMOIL @ NO WAY OUT!!! The teams are...

The Dudley Boyz

Christian & Lance Storm

The APA

The Ambiguously Gay Duo

Albert & Scotty 2 Hotty

The OTHER Ambiguously Gay Duo (a.k.a. The Hardy Boyz)

This match was just made by Ric Flair, and the winners of the match will face either Spike Dudley & Tazz or Booker T & Test for the Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania XVIII. Sweet.

Jericho attacks Kane from behind, but still gets back bodydropped and clotheslined from the Big Red Machine. Big Boot from Kane. Jericho escapes the ring, takes his belts, and starts to leave, but Kane pulls him back in.

Jericho gets a cheap shot and goes up top for a missile dropkick. Stomps by Jericho, but Kane hits an uppercut. Clothesline by Kane, then a sidewalk slam. Kane goes up top and hits the flying clothesline 1-2-shoulder up.

Big Boot by Jericho. Y2J goes second rope and leaps into a choke, but he kicks out of the hold. Kane knocks Jericho from the ring, and again Jericho takes his gold and attempts to leave. Kane goes after him and smashes him into the apron. Boot from Jericho, who then hits Kane with the belt, causing the DQ bell.

Jericho takes his belts and starts up the ramp, when the glass breaks and Austin comes out. Jericho runs to attack, but Austin beats him down the ramp and tosses him into the ring. Stomps by Austin and a Stunner! He calls for beer and gets it, pouring it on Jericho's body. Fade Out.

In the back, Vince tell Hogan over the phone that he can't wait until No Way Out. He thinks the Hulkster will like Stephanie's surprise for Triple H. Taker comes in and asks if Vince has noticed the quietness that comes from not having teh Rock around. If Rock actually shows up at No Way Out, it'll be silent around here for a long time.

Kurt comes in and appologizes for knocking Steph down earlier. That was intended for Triple H. Speaking of Triple H, he's going to take pride in beating Trips' ass and taking his WrestleMania shot. Steph doesn't care if Trips even gets to No Way Out. Taker asks what body part she wants, because he'll be sure to save one after tearing him limb from limb. Seeing as it's Valentine's, she wants his heart.

The WWF Desire video plays, but the nWo cuts in and starts showing their own clips, ending with the trademark spray-paint covering the photo of Vince's father. Fade Out.

Booker T jobs to Spike eh?  That's funny.

How can they have Angle win?  I mean, we all know he won't main WM, so why consider it?

Steph as ref?

I smell a swerve.
