Chuck Woolery 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2005 So I bought a preowned copy of Knights of the Old Republic II for my Xbox, got it home, and come to find out that my preowned copy was preowned by Movie Gallery, and you can tell by the sticker covering the whole face of the disc. Not wanting my game to be defaced by a Movie Gallery sticker, I remove it, but there's still an adhesive film covering the face of the disc -- and instead of wiping it off or something, I just put it in the Xbox and started playing. And it plays just fine. But I can't get it out. When I go to open the disc tray, the tray comes out maybe a centimeter and then stops dead, and after a few moments goes back in. I'm assuming that the disc is stuck to something, so I'm wondering if anyone more familiar with the Xbox's layout could tell me what exactly it's stuck to, and if there's any way to get it out without opening my Xbox. Currently, I'm leaving the system on for as long as possible in the hopes that the heat will melt the adhesive and allow me to open the tray, but I'm sure there's a better, more efficient way to do this.
