The creator is COMMISSIONERHBK (that's me). The competition starts on 07/11/2005 at 2pm. The max players are 128 and the min is 4 players. The match interval is 30 min. Here are the settings: game mode:single, Power Gauge:normal, Rounds:3,Play time:30,duke:disable, Level:any type, and Country:any
