Booker just buries his face in his hands as it's apparent that the fact that he fucked up hit him like a ton of bricks while Sherri breaks character and laughs. They put Harlem Heat, striclty tag team at the time in a 4 way vs Luger And Giant (who also were teaming at that point). Any fan knew that only Luger or Ginat had a chance at winning the thing. Booker has always been incapable of pronouncing the proper "er" in either word. =) I also always found it even funnier that the one time this word slipped through in a major promotion it was directed at Hulk Hogan.
