TNABaddboi 0 Report post Posted July 29, 2005 Here's a news update from TNA's site: TNA WRESTLING NEWS REPORT Several TNA-related news items as we head into the weekend… - Tomorrow (Saturday) is the last day to catch the replay of “No Surrender” on DirecTV and InDemand. The epic Pay-Per-View featured AJ Styles vs. Sean Waltman, a bloodfest between Rave and Abyss as well as the debut of Rhino. - As part of TNA Wrestling’s new DVD deal, we will debut several new titles on DVD in the upcoming months in addition to our regular monthly Pay-Per-Views. One our first retail releases in the Fall will be a new “The Best of the X Division” DVD. The DVD will have the following lineup: Victory Road: 20 Man X Gauntlet Victory Road: Petey Williams vs. AJ Styles Impact: Three-Way Match: AJ Styles vs. Petey Williams vs. Chris Sabin Impact: Chris Sabin vs. Christopher Daniels Impact: AJ Styles vs. Johnny Devine Final Resolution: “Ultimate X Match” - Williams vs. Styles vs. Sabin Against All Odds: “Iron Man Match” AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels Destination X: “Ultimate X Match” – Styles vs. Daniels vs. Primetime vs. Truth Lockdown: “Xscape Match” – Sabin vs. Bentley vs. Dutt vs. Shocker No Surrender: AJ Styles vs. Sean Waltman No Surrender: Chris Sabin vs. Samoa Joe In addition, there will be a special bonus feature on the DVD: An exclusive 20 minute interview with TNA X Division pioneer Jerry Lynn on a variety of subjects, including his career, the X Division and so much more. - The new TNA Impact Community message boards are now up and running - Expect Abyss vs. Lance Hoyt to be added to the August 14 TNA “Sacrifice” Pay-Per-View, along with additional matches to be announced next week on Impact. - ShopTNA.com, the official store for TNA Merchandise, will be featuring a “Summer Sale” all next week with special rates for clothing and apparel. I didn't buy the original Best of the X-Division DVD (I got the Best of the Title matches instead) but I'd so buy this collection, even if just for the Iron Man Match and the Sabin/Joe match (I already have FR, so the UX isn't enough for me..lol). I also have always enjoyed that gauntlet from VR. I think it was one of the best opening match spotfests I'd ever seen the company had every put on, (even putting it up with the 6 man from the first PPV ever) and that should say alot because they tend to throw those out there for every "big" show (first show, first Impact, first 3 hour PPV).
