Zorin Industries Posted August 7, 2005 Report Posted August 7, 2005 http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4127654.stm Will probably only be of interest to British readers, but i'm sad to see him go. He seems to be one of the few British ministers with any principales
Mystery Eskimo Posted August 7, 2005 Report Posted August 7, 2005 Yeah very sad. Whether you agree with his principles or not, he was one of the few high profile Labour ministers actually prepared to publicly state his opinion when it disagreed with Blair's gospel. A good man gone too early.
Zorin Industries Posted August 7, 2005 Author Report Posted August 7, 2005 Yeah, I really didn't like him at he start of the Labour Government, but after the Iraqi war he really showed his true grit and was one of the few politicans I really respected
Quit Calling My Mama Posted August 7, 2005 Report Posted August 7, 2005 RIP. A huge loss to the House of Commons, the guy looked like a fool but was an awesome orator and highly intelligent.
