Guest Report post Posted May 21, 2002 Although Raw was shitty from a wrestling prospective some new angles were pushed forward On Smackdown i'd like to see The continuation of the HHH v Edge Hogan either a. retire(not likely) b. Have Angle intrupt and set up a Hogan v Angle
Guest oldschoolwrestling Report post Posted May 21, 2002 I would say option b probably isn't going to happen, however with Hogan coming out to defend bald champions recently, I could see it happening. JR said he had heard about the retirement rumors himself, so we'll see where that goes.
Guest Report post Posted May 21, 2002 The only way Hogan would retire with almost 3 years still left on his contract is if he was watching some of his matches and the common sense truck hit him and he realized how bad he looks in there I'd also like to not see Vince trying to get some off of Stacy let the wrestlers wrestle keep you fantasy's to youself
Guest bcu1979 Report post Posted May 21, 2002 I'd like to see any of the following happen: Chris Jericho get treated with some respect for a change. (And no, Triple H cutting a promo about how Jericho is good but not in his league does not count.) I'd actually like to see Jericho get some revenge on Triple H but this isn't the fantasy booking folder. The set-up for something other than a Triple H/Taker program. The set-up for something other than a Hogan/Vince program. The show not revolve around Triple H/Vince/Taker/Hogan. The elevation of some of the many talented lower card wrestlers who never go anywhere because they just trade wins in throwaway matches every week. More emphasis on the cruiserweight division. No Vince/Stacy crap.
Guest Report post Posted May 21, 2002 I agree with all that BCU said and I'd also like to see them attempt to go somewhere with the tag division. I'd like to think the WWF employees are not stupid and they realize Rikishi/Rico are not impressing anyone as a tag team. I mean the tag match was unquestionably the lowest on the heat scale of the whole JD card. It's because not only does nobody care about Rikishi & Rico as a team, but nobody cares about the division either; and they have no reason to. There is a decent amount of at least semi-established tag teams right now. However, the majority are on Raw, so they need to make the tag titles float over both shows in my opinion. And for the record, Booker T & Goldust is the best tag team in WWF right now. They're great, no joke.
Guest Brian Report post Posted May 21, 2002 It looks like they're setting up these programs: Eddie vs. Austin Undertaker vs. RVD The NWO thing, which will eventually lead to either Booker vs. Golddust or Booker/Golddust vs. Show/X-Pac And on SmackDown: HHH vs. Edge Jericho vs. Hogan Thatnks to Hogan being unhappy, he may leave soon and what a more perfect way than making him Jericho's bitch. He's been said to not being enjoying his run as much. There's a lot of shuffling of the card there; I wonder what they'll do with the Intercontinental title. I doubt anything can be good except for Austin/Eddie.
Guest Report post Posted May 22, 2002 Edge VS HHH set up for the Next PPV Angle VS Taker Hogan annouces he isn't going to retire Jericho Comes out challenges to a loser leaves the WWE match and Jericho wins.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted May 22, 2002 What would *I* like to see? --15-minute cruiser match between Hurricane and (Tajiri/Kidman/Chavo, take your pick), ending w/ the Vertebreaker. --Chuck & Billy get the tag belts back --no Vince & his fantasies --elevation of Storm & Christian --Jericho & Angle kicking ass, w/ both being made to look like legit main-eventers
