How do I get rid of saved links in the address bar

I tried Clear History, Delete Cookies / Temp Internet Files, but a pesky link still remains to go into the address bar whenever I type in whatever letter (The Auto Complete feature). Help please? Thanks in advance.

Add Remove Programs

 

Change or Remove Programs.

 

just follow these instructions

Tools / Internet Options / Content / Auto complete, and you can clear it from there.
