pochorenella 0 Report post Posted August 19, 2005 As you said, no surprises on the top spot. Everyone expected ASB&R to be #1 but I did expect a higher sales number, based on the star power involved. I figure AS Superman won't do any better. House of M continues to sell well, and I really can't remember the last time I saw Iron Man on the list. Damn it is taking forever for that title to come out.

Guest JMA Report post Posted August 19, 2005 I wish Day of Vengeance was a little higher. It's probably my favorite of the Infinite Crisis lead-ins. Detective Chimp rules, yo.
Vampiro69 0 Report post Posted August 20, 2005 Who would have thought Detective Chimp would be a major player in a series? If so would you please raise your hand? Dang JSA at 33 and Flash at 41? That sucks for my favorite books.
SuperJerk 0 Report post Posted August 21, 2005 I haven't paid attention to sales in years, so its weird seeing a non-X-Men title in the top Marvel spot. Of course, you COULD argue that its because New Avengers has Wolverine...but Ultimates does not, and it beat the regular X-Men titles also. Hmm...
Guest JMA Report post Posted August 22, 2005 Does anyone have any predictions for August?
ZGangsta 0 Report post Posted August 22, 2005 Does anyone have any predictions for August? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Maybe Justice? I'm sure New Avengers, House of M, Superman/Batman, and Astonishing X-Men will be up there if they have issues in August. Ultimates Annual might be pretty high too. Astonishing X-Men #12 (is this suppose to come out this month?) 5. Green Lantern #3 6. Justice #1 7. Superman/Batman #22 8. Ultimates 2 #8 9. Omac Project #5 10. Ultimate FF #22 I'm thinking the new Supergirl series debuted somewhere around #13.
Guest JMA Report post Posted August 22, 2005 I see New Avengers taking the top spot (even though I've never read the title).
