Guest Vitamin X Posted September 1, 2005 Report Posted September 1, 2005 So, this phrase has been bothering me for the past couple days. My girlfriend saw this in her geometry/calculus teachers' classroom and asked him what it meant, and he told her it was for the students to find out, so naturally she asked me since she doesn't have internet access. Problem here being, that he also didn't tell her what language it was in, so that's a bit of difficulty too. I've asked several people, done god knows how many web searches, and still no answers. Apparently there's also a chance that this is phonetic or translated into some kind of code talk. It's certainly not Gaelic (since she speaks it, or at least the Irish one), Japanese (her sister speaks it), or any of the languages offered by Babelfish (which I think covers just about most European languages).
Guest Fook Posted September 2, 2005 Report Posted September 2, 2005 Maybe it's Klingon. Is her teacher a Trekkie?
MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 2, 2005 Report Posted September 2, 2005 "Math is Great" its an unwritten Native American Language. took me 5 seconds on google. I should add that I dont know if thats really it..but it makes sense.
Guest Vitamin X Posted September 2, 2005 Report Posted September 2, 2005 Funny enough, I did the google thing as well just right now, and found the same responses you probably did, on some other forum. That wasn't there when I went searching for it yesterday, only someone asking about it well over a year ago.
