... at the Over The Edge PPV, Owen Hart was killed by a fall from the rafters in the Kemper Arena in Kansas City.  Just a reminder to those who may have forgotten.

I will never forget.

After Smackdown tonight, I'll pop in that RAW is Owen tape and drink a toast to a fallen hero.

R.I.P. Owen Hart

You will always be missed.

You know, I wish there were more posters like you.  That way we could all go about our little lives looking for threads and contribute absolutely nothing to them besides giving people the impression that I'm a wise-cracking, elitist asshole.  Hey, I did it!  People like you piss me off.

If you haven't noticed already, the General board attracts far less posters than the WWE board.  I had forgotten about the exact date of the tragedy and would not have remembered unless this thread was posted.

So if we were to use this line of reasoning, then I guess we shouldn't mention Pearl Harbor as well or dare I say it the attacks of 9-11 three years from now because "anyone who hasn't been living under a rock for the last three years would know."

Oh yeah, and since Owen was a WWF superstar, and died on a WWF pay per view, then no one should have a problem with this being on a WWF(E) board
