Dr. Tyler; Captain America Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 I think I'm gonna have to wait until all the games are played before I can rank it, but I think you might be right: there might not be an NFC team in the top five. It'll be interesting to see ATL-PHI, to see if either is worth a damn.
2GOLD Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 FUCK! I've got the Bears-Redskins AND the Broncos-Dolphins What the FUCK is this bullshit?!?! Am I NOT allowed to see GOOD teams today?!?!
Guest MikeSC Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 If Carolina can pull this out, they might be the best NFC team right now. I just wonder about Donovan and T.O.
CanadianChris Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Someone rank the top 10 in the NFL right now. I think it's pretty tough. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hard to do without seeing the late games, but I think it goes: 1. New England 2. Pittsburgh 3. Philadelphia 4. Indianapolis 5. Kansas City 6. Atlanta 7. Baltimore 8. San Diego 9. Carolina 10. Buffalo
Precious Roy Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Top Ten Patriots Steelers Colts Ravens Chiefs Eagles Falcons Chargers Jacksonville Carolina Get San Diego out of there and you might be on to something. I'm definitely on the New Orleans bandwaggon, I think that team is going to rally around their city, but Brooks is so inconsistent. And no way am I giving up on the Jets yet. It's one game against a killer offense, I still think they're a 9 win/playoff contender.
Dr. Tyler; Captain America Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 BenRo finished the game with a perfect QB rating.
Guest MikeSC Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 I haven't seen as many penalties as Carolina and N.O have pulled off today.
Guest *KNK* Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Browns score a FG. 27-13. Just kill the clock and give the ball back to the browns Cincy
2GOLD Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 BenRo finished the game with a perfect QB rating. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Shame it was against the Titans. That team might have allowed a Pop Warner QB to get a perfect one. Ben-Ro will be MUCH better than last year though. I'm one of those that firmly believes he was injured last year in the title game. He can pass, he's definately got the speed at WR to let them make it happen and he can throw a deep ball. I don't sleep on him at all.
Guest *KNK* Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 I get Green Bay Vs Detroit for my 4:00 game. I'm not sure how I feel about this.
2GOLD Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 I get Green Bay Vs Detroit for my 4:00 game. I'm not sure how I feel about this. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I better get the Cowboys vs Chargers game. It's the only one I want to see. Doubt I will, but hope I do. Actually, I'd also be fine with the Cardinals vs the Giants. Just don't give me the god damn Packers.
Slayer Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Vikings had yet another TD revoked by penalty and settle for another FG Seven minutes to go, they could still win, but the Vikings' bandwagon will get much lighter after this, win or lose

Dr. Tyler; Captain America Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Well, it's also a little misleading since he threw all of 11 passes, haha. He looked VERY sharp today, either way; he was hitting open receivers and not throwing high, like he had been doing the second half of the season and the preseason. Still, it WAS just the Tits. We'll see what happens next week against a seemingly NFL-calibur defense in Houston -- then against the Pats in week 3.
Guest MikeSC Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Who the hell was Plummer throwing to?
Dr. Tyler; Captain America Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 That was a brutal INT.

And I hate CBS having the NFL, they rarely show two games. Always football then crap, like tennis. Give me four NFL games on opening weekend you lousy bums. Let USANETWORK run that stupid US Open. Actually Dan, I think Jake WAS thinking he wanted to throw to a Miami guy with a throw like that.
Guest *KNK* Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Bengals are trying to score here. Assholes. Throw a INT right now Palmer.

Fox gets a doubleheader one week, then CBS gets a doubleheader the following week.

KingPK Posted September 11, 2005 Author Report Posted September 11, 2005 Since I have Trent Green on my fantasy team, the Chiefs running the ball down the Jets' throat makes me sad. Can I at least get some swing passes to Holmes and Johnson.....please?
Guest *KNK* Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Bengals get the ball back with the 27-13 lead intact with 3:49 remaining in the game.
2GOLD Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 So when Plummer is standing still with no pressure, he can't complete a pass. When he's running around with someone trying to kill him, he can complete a pass. Well damn, just let the Dolphins chase him around then.
Slayer Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 omg... Vikings driving down the field, get within goal range, then Kleinsasser coughs up the ball... thankfully the Vikes recover, but that was a cardiac moment
CanadianChris Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Another pick for Plummer. It feels like he has a lot more than just two for the game.
Slayer Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 FUCK YOU DAUNTE EDIT: okay, that was more the receiver's fault, but I don't think it was a good throw choice
