Interesting Torch Item from 10 years ago

I was reading a torch back issue from ten years ago and found this:

 

"Lots of talk within WWF and media circles this week regarding a woman planning to file criminal charges against several WWF wrestlers for an incident late last year in Anaheim, Calif. after a WWF event. Tatanka (Chris Chavis) has been suspended from the WWF, apparently in connection with the alleged incident. Other wrestlers have been mentioned, although not suspended. One wrestler mentioned as the primary offender in the incident was part of the layoff list several weeks back. Speculation says the woman may be bringing this up now partially because the announcement that Wrestlemania will be in Anaheim reminded her of the incident or it provided an opportunity for leverage considering the media publicity that could result before Wrestlemania given the nature of the hotel room story..."

 

Anyone know what this is about or hear about it? New Jack in a shoot interview mentioned something about Tatanka and Jimmy DelRay and rape, but I didn't really take New jack serious when it comes to information.
