-PPV starts with clips of Wrestlemania 1. Liberace, Andre slamming Studd, Wendi Richter, Muhammad Ali, Cyndi Lauper, Hogan & Mr. T are most notables.

 

-Little Richard gives a nice rendition of America The Beautiful 2 times, 1 time was lip sync'ed, the 2nd with a quire.

 

-Video Highlights from the Bret/Owen feud, starting at Survivor Series 1993, leading to several interviews on Superstars of Wrestling, and finally, "The kick heard round the world" at Royal Rumble.

 

-Opening Match:

Bret "Hitman" Hart Vs. "The Rocket" Owen Hart:

The ring announcer says from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, prompting the fans to go ape-shit, until we hear Owen's theme and like that (snaps fingers) the crowd goes completely silent. Owen rips Bret sunglasses for fun. NOW it's Bret and a monster pop ensues. The entrance way has a revolving door that forms an "X" when closed. Hebner is referring the Opening match, holy shit. Lawler with some jokes on Stu Hart off the bat. Both men lockup with Owen thinking he won it with a "YAAAA!". Fireman's Carry by Owen and Bret takes him down with a head scissors. Once Owen breaks he celebrates again. Go behind takedown by Bret and Owen gets to the ropes. Owen repeats the same move but Bret uses Owen's leverage to fling him threw the ropes onto the concrete floor. Owen with a Slap to Bret knocks the taste out of his mouth. Both men exchange an armbar until Owen get s a drop toe hold and side headlock. Bret reverses the headlock and grabs a hammerlock, and starts jerking on Owen's arm. Owen with the flipping about to reverse the hold turns into his own armbar, followed by a foot to the face. Bret works another armbar,  followed by a victory roll in the corner for 2. Elbow by Owen and a shoulderblock. Bret with a monkey flip followed by a clothesline sends Owen 360ing over the top rope. Owen tries taking a walk and gets thrown into the ring viciously. Shoving match and Bret with a slap and school boy for 2. Hammerlock by Bret Hart followed by a crucifix off an Irish whip gets 2, and back to the armbar. Owen with a running heel kick puts Bret down, and he resorts to stomping a mudhole in his brothers ass. Owen slams Bret's back into the STEEL post. Bret works the stiff corner bump and Owen connects with a backbreaker followed up with a camel clutch. Bret with a series of elbows breaks it but gets caught with an over head belly to belly suplex for 2. Crossbody Block off the 2nd rope by Owen gets another 2 count. Owen goes back to work on Bret's lower back with a series of knees followed by a rear chinlock. Slam is reversed and Bret gets a 2 count. Bret goes flying to the floor and is limping. German Suplex by Owen gets another 2 count. Legdrop to the back of the neck for 2. Headbutt by Owen, and Bret reverses a suplex with an inside cradle for 2. European uppercut by Owen and a tombstone piledriver!!! (much like SSlam97, but UT style). Top rope splash misses and both men are down. Bret with a few punches and clothesline gets 2. Russian Legsweep gets 2! Backbreaker by bret followed by the 2nd rope elbow gets 2. Owen works in the enziguri and the sharpshooter is blocked and Bret tries himself but gets tossed off. Victory Roll by Owen gets ANOTHER 2! OWen with a body press over the top rope, and now is knee is hurting badly, but has Owen seen? Owen being a nice guy kicks at his knee and jerks on it trying to hyper-extend it. Bret's leg gets posted several times following. Owen works in the Indian Deathlock I believe, which is a modified version of the figure 4 leglock. Dragon screw by Owen and more knee jerking followed by the Figure 4 Leglock!!! Bret reverses and Owen reverses back into the ropes. Bret gets his own enzugiri!!! (how often you see that!?) Bret with a roundhouse and headbutt and Owen works in Bret's corner bump, followed by an elbow drop for 2. Running Bulldog by Bret Hart gets ANOTHER 2 count. Bret Hart connects with a Piledriver now for another 2 count. GOD!!! Top Rope Superplex by Bret for the 40th 2 count of the match just about. Owen is coughing up the mucous now. European Uppercuts by Bret!!!! Owen with the SHARPSHOOTER!!! Both men using each other's moves! Bret reverse but Owen grabs the bottom rope. Bret goes for a victory roll, but its countered by Owen for 3!!!!!!! Time of the fall was 21:14. a definite *****. NO ONE< I MEAN NO ONE saw this coming. Owen repeatedly holds up 3 fingers signifying him winning.

 

-Todd Pettingle is with Owen Hart backstage, who looks dead tired. Owen I think screws up another line.

 

-Wrestlemania II Moment: The 20 Man Battle Royal!

 

-Mixed Tag Team Match:

Doink & Dink The Clowns Vs. Bam Bam Bigelow & Luna Vachon:

Howard Finkel debuts his new toupee. Sy Sperling is introduced. Doink squirts Sy with his flower, oh the laughter. Bam Bam attacks and gets a series of shoulderblocks and a DROP-KICK!! Scoop Slam but a backsplash misses. Doink with an armbar and snapmare, and he's STILL in his coat. Bammer with an eye rake and spinning elbow. Doink tags out to Dink. He want's a piece of Bigelow who tags in Luna. Dink basically runs and spanks Luna. Luna with a low kick and chokes him on the middle rope while he's standing. Dink covers her after an elbow for 2. Kick to the gut of Dinkie and elbow misses. He goes up top and misses an axhandle. Luna chokes the midget. Luna misses a top rope splash of course and the bigger guys in. Drop toe hold by Doink. Running elbow and Bammer fights back with a clothesline sending Doink out of the ring. Sunset flip is blocked with a BUTT splash by Bigelow. Doink with a WEIRD DDT and goes to the top rope and of course misses the whoopee cushion. (DON'T ASK!). bigelow with a clothesline, and another. Bam Bam splashes Doink with a body press and drops the headbutt on him form the top rope to end this crap at 6:07. DUD if I ever saw one. Dink gets beat on a bit before Doink saves him.

 

-We get a shot of "Bill Clinton" and IRS is sitting behind him.

 

-Wrestlemania III Moment: The Andre Vs. Hogan staredown.

 

-Falls Count Anywhere Match:

"Macho Man" Randy Savage Vs. Crush:

This is Savage's final WWF match on TV before working just house shows and doing Color Commentary. Savage jumps Crush in the aisle way before he gets 1/2 to the ring. Crush immediately beats on him with an atomic drop and tilt a whirl suplex and he sends Savage into the barricade like he did in October for 3. Savage has 60 seconds to return to the ring. Before he can, Fuji attacks him, but Savage makes it with 2 seconds left. Crush works on him a bit and headbutts him across the temple. More headbutting. Savage gets tied up in the top rope as Crush goes for the salt. Savage gets out and knocks it into Crush's own face and works in the jabs. Bionic Elbow! Double Axhandle connects and Savage with a scoop slam. Savage gets the elbow drop and pins him on the floor for 3. Crush is out of it, so Fuji dumps water on him allowing him to get back in. Savage goes flying over the ropes after arguing with the referee. Crush puts a pounding on him again.

Both men brawl to the back and Savage drops Crush on his head for 3 on the concrete. Afterwards, he ties him up like a fish, and stomps his head into the ground knocking him out, for the final pinfall, giving him the win at 9:43. Good match, **1/2 worthy.

-Wrestlemania IV Moment: Randy Savage winning not 1, 2, 3 but FOUR matches for the WWF Title.

 

-WWF Women's Championship Match:

Alundra Blayze © Vs. Leilani Kai:

Leilani just looks awful, I mean, she doesn't even look like herself from Wrestlemania 1. Blayze ain't no looker either. Kai with a sort of shoulderblock but mises a corner charge and Blazye with a sunset flip for 2.  Backdrop reversed into a sunset flip again by Blayze for 2. Kai with a guillotine choke and throws her to the mat. Scoop Slam by Kai gets a 2 count Blazye with a hurricanrana pinning combination gets 2. Kai back up and gets few snapmares with the use of Blayzes hair and tosses her to the floor. Double underhook Powerbomb by Kai gets another 2 count. Blazye ducks a clothesline and nails her own. She puts the boots to her in the corner and connects with a spinning heel kick followed by a snap suplex for 2. She works in the hair snapmares a few times for 2. Kai misses a clothesline and gets caught with the German suplex for 3 at 3:25. Not bad for a women's match, I'll go *1/4 for this one.

 

-Wrestlemania V Moment: Roddy Piper goes face to face with Morton Downey Jr.

 

-Todd interviews Ronda Shears and HBK. Burt Reynolds breaks everything up and HBK goes bye-bye.

 

-WWF-Tag Team Championship Match:

The Quebecers © (w/ Johnny Polo) Vs. Men On a Mission (w/ Oscar):

Now this is one of the matches I didn't want to have the rant. The champs attack from behind and put the boots to the F.B.M. Pierre & Jacque double team Mabel, but get nailed with a double clothesline. Mo back in the ring. Mo with a crossbody block on Pierre gets 2. Mabel tags back in and drops a leg on the back of Pierre's head after a Mo drop toe hold. Double elbow drop follows and Mo is back in the ring. Pierre is back on his feet and puts the boots to him. Jacque uses the Tag rope to choke out Mo while the referee is occupied with Mabel. Jacque with a slam and Pierre tags in with a splash for 2. Pierre is backdropped by his partner onto Mo on the floor, back in he covers for a 2 count. Mo gets stun gunned by both Quebecers for another 2 count. "Let's go Mo!" chants! Mo with a unique roll onto Pierre. Jacque slams Mo and tags in Pierre and he misses a leg drop off the top rope. Mabel tags in finally and clotheslines both men and a huge backdrop on Pierre followed by a Sidewalk Slam on Jacque. Mabel misses an avalanche and both Quebecers nail Mabel with a SUPLEX!. Polo is going nuts. The Quebecers go for the top rope swanton like finisher and connect for only 2.

Pierre slugs it out with Mabel and obviously loses that battle. Jacque mounts Mabel from behind and Pierre nails him by mistake, and Mabel capitalizes with a spinning heel kick. Clothesline to Jacque and Mo tags in, adding 300 pounds on Mabel's back splashing him. Mo with a clothesline sends Pierre to the floor. Mabel splash on Pierre like before and the Quebecers are counted out at 7:43. Titles don't change hands, but the M.O.M take the titles. Pretty decent surprisingly. **. This PPV hasn't been that bad, minus the Damn Mixd Tag Match.

 

-Wrestlemania VI Moment: Hulk Hogan Vs. Ultimate Warrior main events.

 

-Highlights of the Luger/Yokozuna/Bret feud. Started on 7/4/93 when Luger slammed Yoko on the USS Intrepid. Lex would tour the Lex Express in hopes of gaining a title shot. He did so at Summerslam 1993 and won by count out, and this was his only match. He had to win the Royal Rumble to get another, and did so, but had a CO-winner, Bret Hart. So they BOTH get title shots at Wrestlemania. If Luger won the coin toss, Bret faces Owen, if Bret won, Luger faces Crush. Luger won and gets the next title shot.

 

-WWF-World Championship Match:

Yokozuna © (w/ Mr. Fuji) Vs. Lex Luger:

The celebrities for this match are Ronda Shears and Donny Walberg from N.K.O.T.B. The special referee for this match is.........MR. PERFECT!!!! Everyone marks for his theme music whenever he's gone for a long time. Luger's theme starts out cool, then just has a lot of stall periods. The Allied Powers remix is GREAT. Both men slug it out to start and Luger takes the advantage and nails a clothesline, and runs into Yoko's own, but he misses an elbow and Luger sends Yoko packing. Double Axhandle off the apron and Yoko eats STEEL steps several times. Luger goes up top, and comes down with a crossbody press for 2. Running Elbow CONNECTS for once gets another 2. Yoko with a thrust to the throat and he now works on Luger by choking him in the ropes. Slam attempt by Luger is a failure and Yoko comes splashing down for 2. Yoko takes time to remove a turnbuckle. Chop to the face by Yokozuna and he clamps on a rear nervehold. Luger hulks up and just runs into Yoko, knocking himself down. Yoko goes back to work on Luger necktoral region and puts on another nerve claw. Yoko puts the boots back onto Luger and chops him down again. ANOTHER NERVE HOLD!! Luger looks like he's thinking "GOD I''M A FUCKIN MORON". Luger tries to fight back and gets sent on his ass and another nerve hold if you didn't figure it out by now. Luger Hulks up and drives a few elbows in Yokozuna but gets nailed with a belly to belly suplex. Luger blocks going into the exposed buckle and sends Yoko into it. Boot to the face by Luger and a diving clothesline staggers him. Another 2 finally put down Yoko. Slam by Lex Luger and he calls for the elbow. Luger knocks Yoko completely out, then attacks Fuji & Cornette. Perfect won't count as he is occupied with the managers and Luger shoves him, prompting Perfect to call for the bell, Disqualifying Luger at 14:40. HAHA! * barely. Luger was supposed to win here but fucked up the night before or so.

 

-Wrestlemania VII Moment: Jake & Martel's blind vs. blind match.

 

-Earthquake Vs. Adam Bomb:

Wippleman says Finkel has big ears, a monkey face and a banana nose causing Wippleman and Finkel to get into a fight prompting Bomb to save his manager from Finkel but before anything can happen, Quake attacks Bomb from behind. Belly to Belly suplex by quake and a powerslam. The tremors! Quake off the ropes and vertical splashes Adam bomb for the win at 0:35. DUD.

 

-Todd is in a fake locker room set and in come Yoko, Cornette and Mr. Fuji.

 

-Wrestlemania VIII Moment: The Undertaker's walk to the ring.

 

-WWF-Intercontinental Championship: Ladder Match:

Razor Ramon © Vs. Shawn Michaels (w/ Diesel):

HBK comes down the aisle and avoids walking under the ladder, you know, 7 years bad luck. Razor, trying to act cool, walks under the ladder, and Lawler goes crazy about it for god knows why. HBK with a side headlock and both men reverse with armbars. HBK takes him down by the leg and gets an eye poke in but Razor blocks a hip toss with a chokeslam. Running neckbreaker by Shawn turns the tide for a while as he goes back to stomping him. Razor makes HBK eat buckle and puts him down with a clothesline. Razor falls to the outside with his own leverage and Deisel attacks him, but Hebner sees and sends Diesel to the locker room. Razor makes HBK over sell some roundhouse rights and nails him with a clothesline sending him over the top rope. Razor goes for the Razors edge but gets Backdropped to the floor onto the exposed concrete floor. HBK gets the ladder from the entrance way but Razor meets up with him before he gets in the ring. Razor picks up the ladder but HBK baseball slides it into Razor's midsection. HBK in the ring now and he smashes Razor in the midsection with it. Razor is down and out and Shawn drives it into his body again, and then he slams it onto his back. Shawn off the ropes and he clothesline Ramon with the Ladder. Shawn sets up the ladder and starts climbing. Razor grabs his foot and MOONS the crowd and Shawn even elbow drops Razor off the apron with his pants down. Shawn with a slam on Razor, and HBK with a SPLASH OFF the top of the ladder!!! Shawn goes for the belts again but Razor tosses over the ladder and HBK hits the canvas hard. Both men collide after an Irish whip criss cross sequence. Shawn back up and he sets the ladder up in the corner. He Irish whips Razor but its reversed and Shawn hits the ladder and goes flying to the floor. Now Razor's working over Shawn with the ladder. Razor slingshots Shawn into the ladder on the outside. Shawn eats some ladder and goes SAILING over the ropes.  Razor goes for the belts but Shawn knocks him down, but the ladder falls on him as it teeters back and forth. Both men climb each side, and Razor suplex's Shawn off and he falls off it as well. Shawn drop-kicks the ladder just as Razor grabs onto both belts. Now Shawn up and he throws the ladder over onto Ramon. Sweet Chin Music connects and Michaels plants Ramon with a piledriver. Shawn splashes Ramon with the ladder from the corner and stands it up over Ramon, another 7 years of bad luck. Ramon up, and he shoulderblocks over the ladder and HBK crotches himself in the ropes, and we can see him trying to hook his leg in the ropes tying him up. Ramon starts climbing the ladder and Shawn gets free, but now his hand is caught. Ramon grabs the belts just as Shawn gets free to become the UNDISPUTED Intercontinental Champion at 18:46. ***** definitely 2 matches that went the limit in ratings on the same show, wow.

 

-The Team of IRS, Jarrett, Head Shrinkers & Rick Martel argue to see who's team captain, so the 10 man tag is scrapped. That was gay.

 

-Todd is in the president's box with Clinton & Now Ted Dibiase.

 

-Wrestlemania IX Moment: Yokozuna defeating Bret Hart for the championship.

 

-1994 King of the Ring promo, just like the 1993 one.

 

-We get some nice video package's of both Bret Hart & Yokozuna. Yoko's is more heavy metal while Bret's is Soft Rock.

 

-WWF-Championship Match:

Yokozuna © (w/ Mr. Fuji & Jim cornette) Vs. Bret "Hitman" Hart:

The Celebrities for this match are Jenny Garth & Burt Reynolds. The special Referee for this match is Rowdy Roddy Piper! Yokozuna attacks Bret before he enters the ring and we're under way. Yoko puts the boots to the Hitman and Bret try's to fight back as both men exchange some roundhouse rights. Yoko wins that one and puts him back down. Slam by 'Zuna. Bret fights back and drop-kicks Yoko, but misses a second attempt. Bret gets choked on the 2nd rope and Yoko continues to hammer him. Big Splash misses and both men are down now. Bret up and he continues to slug it out with him followed by a headbutt and it hurts both men and both men are down again. Boot to the face of Yoko and Bret with more roundhouse rights but a Throat Thrust stops that and Bret nails another series of right's. Axhandle to the back puts Yokozuna on the mat for 2. Piper levels Cornette for breaking up the pin. Yoko is up and works in some chokes on Bret followed by a BEEFY leg drop. Bret get's tossed to the floor and Piper counts mad fast. Yoko misses an avalanche and Bret capitalizes with a 2nd rope bulldog for 2. 2nd rope Elbow Drop gets another 2 count. Roundhouse rights by Bret and the hart Attack puts him down for another 2 count. Yoko catches Bret off the ropes and Belly to Belly Suplexes him. He drags Bret to the corner and goes for the banzai drop, but loses his balance and lands on his head,  as Bret covers him for the win and the world championship at 10:32. *1/2. Everyone loves it.  Yoko chases Piper to the back as Bret is still hurt.

 

-After the match, Lex Luger returns to the ring and flirts a fight, but opts to shake his hand. Piper returns and does the same. Ramon, Savage, Thurman Plugg, 1-2-3 Kid, Tatanka, Gorilla Monsoon, Donny Walberg, Ronda Shears, Burt Reynolds, Pat Patterson, and Vince all congratulate him. Owen stands in the aisle way and is invited in, but doesn't want to take part of this. Bret won the main event over shadowing Owen's victory against him from the beginning of the show, pushing OWen further over the edge. If memory is right, this was not known to Bret, with everyone comnig to the ring celebrating with him.

 

-That ends Wrestlemania X, and damn it, I enjoyed it more ranting it then I did just watching it.

Good job man.  I think Owen was actually flipping Bret the bird rather than holding up the three fingers.

 

Lex got drunk the night before and told everyone he was going to win, so they changed it.

 

On the Coliseum Video Version, the Bret Video is done to his theme song, rather that that song you're talking about.

Im positive Owen was holding up 3 fingers rubbing it in he won. No one, flipped anyone off until like 1996 when Diesel did it.
