Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 16, 2002 I might also add that the one if not the only person who didn't return the job (EVER) to Hogan was Yokozuna. Apparently, Hulk was looking to bring Yoko in for a feud (Some point in 1999-2000) But he was too fat. At least Yoko got to fuck Hogan over. Of course, everything went downhill for him from there... Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 16, 2002 Technically speaking...they went 1-1. Why doesn't HHH return jobs? He beat Rock more times than vice versa... He beat Austin at No Mercy 99, No contest at Survivor Series 00, Beat him at Now way out 01. He reversed the only win Jericho got...beat him for the IC belt, beat him at Fully loaded 00, will beat him at Mania. Although it was planned this way....He beat Foley in his last 3 matches. Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 16, 2002 I remember the rumors of Hogan trying to get Yokozuna into WCW. I think that was around the time Hogan "finished" his "feud" with the Warrior. I guess Hogan was trying to get job back from two guys who beat him. He got Warrior, but not Yoko.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 16, 2002 Now that I think of it... HHH also beat Foley for his first world title... AND The Big Show never got his win back Neither did Benoit from his first WWF match or No Mercy

Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 16, 2002 In fact: The only person that HHH has returned a JOB to was Angle. And we all know what's going to happen at No Way out this year. How much do you want to bet that HHH gets his win back from Taker before he returns ANY of these
Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted February 16, 2002 Man, HHH-Taker at this point would be Big Show-Kane bad. If HHH is going to be pushed, I would rather see him in with someone who can work to make it watchable.

Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted February 16, 2002 "If Jericho/Angle combined couldn't, who the fuck can?" Point taken. Do you secretly wish he'd tear his other quad now?

Guest Brian Report post Posted February 16, 2002 What's up with all the trading jobs bullshit? That's a political move used by people who don't want to elevate new talent and don't want to lose heat. Either push a guy or don't. In a business that moves at the pace of two shows a week, ten percent of the audience only cares what happens past a month. So what's the point in keeping a running tab? Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted February 16, 2002 I agree with Brian to an extent. I don't believe that midcarders should have to trade jobs, it's just that's the way the WWF works. Only a few are allowed to not return jobs.
