Matt Young Posted November 3, 2005 Report Posted November 3, 2005 I was planning in making a thread about this the other day. I know Dama made a similar topic earlier, but mine is different. I signed up for a gym membership on Tuesday I weigh 125 pounds at 5'8", last I checked. I used to be fat... I want to add muscle weight without gaining any fat. I have no set goal weight, just a general size I'd like to get to. What would be a good workout plan, caloric intake, and diet, from those of you who have some experience in those areas?
