What is a dvd "easter egg"

They advertise it with 3 Easter eggs and i have no idea what they are? Can someone help me out with this?

That's the name given to special unadvertised bonus features hidden in the menus.  They're usually nothing special. If they were they wouldn't be hidden, they would tell you about them on the back cover.

Not true.  In Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, the easter egg was an entire Dr. Evil section, complete with a mockumentary on him.  And T2 had an an alternate version of the movie as an easter egg.

 

And if the nWo DVD is advertising easter eggs, they're not truly easter eggs, are they?
