Got this message when opening a torrent

Have never had any problems with torrents before, but now any torrent I try to open, I get this message:

 

Couldn't listen - unable to forward port via UPnP

 

Any idea what's up? What's wierd is that my Internet works perfectly fine.

Did you just add a router?

Either one. It's a problem that happens when your "listen" ports are blocked. Normally, this is a big issue when you use a router but it could be a software firewall too.
