Things I can write about:

- Sports that aren't baseball (we have enough geeks who follow it).

- Relationship advice/Porn.

- Markish wrestling opinions.

I don't want to read about porn. If you feel like throwing a video up on the front page of you taking it up the ass then I'll check it out, but I'm not reading any columns.

Hey, it'll get Crucifixio Jones to come back and pine for the days of when the Porn folder was a place for educated men to discuss important issues.

Since I know a little about a lot and defer to specialists even on things I think I know well, I think I'd be best put to use, as I said earlier, writing about virtually anything on the human radar. It'd have a balanced approach, where it's neither all-out humor writing or straight laced, but sometimes leaning one way more than another. "Staring At A Blank Page" would a good title, since it'll probably end up being a kind of "stuff that pops into my head" piece. Think of it as the spirit of the site's diversity being manifested in an single piece each week. The regular visitor would never be able to predict what I'd write about next, because anything would be fair game much like the site as a whole. It wouldn't descend into yet another "I think I'm smarter than all of you retards but you'll laugh at what I say no matter what because it's so frank and profane" Maddox-like format, that much I know for sure. It's difficult to enunciate what it would be exactly. Typical, when I pitch an idea for a writing project I'm at a lack of words to describe it. I'll throw together an example for you folks in charge if you'd like. I might write out a rough pilot article just to figure it out myself.

I would also be up for filling in for others who can't make their deadlines for whatever reason, s'long as it's something I felt I could write about in a fairly informed manner, like a substitute Raw review, for example. I'd also take part in roundtable format pieces under the same guidelines.

With the abundance of writers, and some upcoming writing commitments I may or may not have, I might be best used as an editor...or not at all. I am a grammar stickler, though.

I would actually be interested in contributing, mainly about film, though it likely wouldn't entail reviewing current movies, and would more likely be more along the lines of me looking over careers of filmmakers that interest me or me picking a theme and analyzing various films from that point of view.

- Relationship advice/Porn.

But you said you were terrible at relationships. Still... if you became Ann Landers, I'd read it.

Actually, Q & A is a good idea. I'd be Dear Milky.

isn't AL Kieper well versed in the world of porn as well? Just ask him to do it.

I'm not sure if there's enough demand for it, but I'd be willing to contribute something on actual football (i.e soccer) on a fortnightly basis. And, yes, 'fortnightly basis' is my way of trying to sound cleverer. I know we have a few more Brits now. Depends on how many I guess.

Also, I've got piles and piles of old tapes that I don't really watch. Some sites do 'Back Reviews' I'd be willing to do that.

i just finished up school and will be on at least an 8-month hiatus, so i should be able to start writing again.

Both of these are just exactly what the main site needs in terms of articles.

Although I've noticed there are a lot of people interested in doing film here on the board. Perhaps a roundtable discussion could be utilized for that?

Alf should do NBA. Bobby should do e-fed ettiquette.

That is all.

Actually, no it isn't. Great ideas here guys, I wouldnt mind a wrestling roundtable every two weeks, and perhaps a MMA roundtable every month, or after every UFC.

Whoops, accidentally deleted everything earlier.

Anyhow, I can do sports (NBA/NFL/General sports), Books (Scifi/fantasy and literature), movies, and video games.

I think we should do roundtable type discussions on the nfl and nba playoffs/draft with all the people who end up writing on those topics.

Also if anyone's interested I could do daily nba game reviews and weekly NBA league reviews. (Mostly opinion-free, and I'm not team biased due to my location in a non-NBA market :))

I'm only terrible at relationships, because I don't want to be in one.

My truthful advice about these things would make for fine reading material.

Anyway, so, Tom, when do I start writing. You better hurry, because the Australian Open is only one month away.

I don't have a job and sit on-line all day reading and replying to threads on wrestling related message forums. I've been wanting to write for a site for awhile, preferably about TNA. I'd like to review TNA from a positive light since it seems to be the "norm" to be pretty negative when discussing wrestling nowadays. Although TNA does tend to have "nicer" fans than WWE.

I've had an article published here once, a long time ago, right when WWF became WWE. That's about the extent of my experience outside of posting on forums for several years and co-running a website several months back.

I'm pretty ignorant to HTML. I've also never heard of Article Manager. I don't think either of those would be a problem. I can learn.
