Guest Report post Posted May 29, 2002 HULK HOGAN RETURNS TO MSG FOR FIRST TIME IN OVER A DECADE ON 6/29 Former WWE champion Hulk Hogan will be making his return to Madison Square Garden on Saturday 6/29. According to localized radio ads promoting the show, Hogan will challenge WWE champion The Undertaker with Ric Flair acting as special referee in the main event. It will be Hogan's first appearance in The Garden since March 1992, where he teamed with Roddy Piper to defeat Ric Flair and Sid Justice (Vicious) just prior to Wrestlemania 8. Guest bcu1979 Report post Posted May 29, 2002 The Torch had a story that Hogan/Taker would be the main event of a house show the next night in Washington D.C. as well. I don't know about MSG but I'm almost sure that the show in D.C. is a RAW house show. So, how is Hogan wrestling on RAW house shows? Is Vince going to trade him to RAW to "poison" Flair's brand? Guest Brian Report post Posted May 29, 2002 Good. Taker needs at least two months with that title.
Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted May 29, 2002 Good. Taker needs at least two months with that title. Never thought I'd hear anyone say that ;-) But it is the truth... constant title changes are hurting the value of the "greatest prize in the land"
