And can't make it through the day without smoking at least 5 times. those people ARE losers. People who enjoy smoking regularly aren't, I drink regularly and I don't see too much difference. There would obviously be regulations (no smoking and driving etc.), but I would rather be around someone who's high then someone who is drunk.
