10 good young indy guys (dunno any names) who were never in the big 2 (well maybe some of wcw's young cruisers at the end, like kaz) but no people with big names, cos that equals bigger ego, and that is bad for the small promotion.  then build it up the old-fashioned way, from the bottom up, and create your own audience, not merely trying to emulate wwf.  fast, high paced matches, with a decent amount of promo work.  (sorry, got a little carried away there)
