Yo, Im an Aussie, and I have been searching all over for this years PWI Almanac. Has it come out in the U.S, Or if any Aussie living in Melbourne, do you know where to find it

Is it worth buying?  They have it at my local 7-11 for 6 bucks, but is there enough new content this year to worry about buying it?

there is nothing from 2002 in it. It came out back in february-march

if you're on this site, then you probably can find all the info on the net that is in the almanac.  All it really has are results and title histories, and that's easily found.

And you wouldn't belive it, I found it yesterday. Ima still buy it, even though its 20 dollars, but thats Aussie money. Thanks for the help anyways

I wish they would go back to the original format for the PWI almanac. It only lasted on the first one from 1996. They had 20 profiles of the 20 top stars in the industry of that year like in the wrestling annual. It only lasted one year.

I have a copy.  I bought it three months ago.  The last one I had was the 1999 version, and they've taken a lot of shit out since then.

a REAL wrestling almanac would consist of:

 

- FULL Raw, Nitro, Smackdown and Thunder tapings results

- Ratings history for all of these shows

- Buy rates for ever PPV

Alot of websites have whatevers in the almanac,. but unless you like it on the go, then buy it. (thats why I did).

They took out a lot of stuff. You're right, there isn't enough stuff to worry about buying it. I buy it every year, but that's just me. And yeah, the '96 one was the best. -Jim
