Guest Report post Posted May 31, 2002 I'm running windows me on a compaq presario and when i listen to something with audio with my headphones plugged into my speakers the sound works fine, but when i take out the headphones there is no sound coming out of my speakers. Guest DrTom Report post Posted June 3, 2002 Sounds like bad speakers. They go bad pretty often, especially the cheaper ones and the ones that come with PC's. Guest The Man in Blak Report post Posted June 6, 2002 If you're interested in staying in the "cheap speaker" range, I'd recommend the lower-end harman/kardon set, which I've had with my computer for the last three years.
