Microsoft Management Console?

I'm trying to get into my device manager and keep getting the following message -

 

MMC cannot open the file C:/Windows/system32/devmgmt.msc.

 

Whenever I go to the file, and click on it, my computer freezes up.

 

Any ideas?

You need to restore Device Manager.

 

I'd check for all malware first... then, you're probably going to have to repair Windows.
