Bobby Eaton went from being part of one of the best tag teams of the 80's to jobbing on Saturday Night in 97-98.

HHH was very low card guy in WCW too. I'm not sure if he was a complete jobber, though.

But he lost to Alex Wright for God's sake.

How about Paul Roma & Jim Powers?

Total jobbers, but due to fans, they were given a little push, a victory over an established team, and a name. A want to say it was "Wild Stallions."

They were quickly sqaushed and back down to jobbers.

Randy Orton started out as a Orlando Jorda-esque jobboy back in earlier Smackdown years.

*sighs* at the continued failure of the basic thread concept

Kenta Kobashi... he lost his first 63 matches. That would be qualified as a jobber.

"Pistol" Pez Whatley was an upper-mid carder with NWA in the 80's and was a complete jobber with WWF in the early 90's. He didn't even get an entrance while he was in the WWF. He was the guy standing in the ring as the show came back from commercial.

In an article in Power Slam magazine earlier this year, they wrote that in spite of his potential, Kobashi lost his first 63 matches to test his devotion to the business.

I think the thing is, there haven't really been pure jobbers in quite a long time. I was thinking Scott Norton, who went on to hold the IWGP title, but nope. Fire & Ice won a few matches.

Even more nowadays, since WWE just brings in local boys to job on Velocity.

Public Enemy were treated like complete jobber goobs in the WWE, but that lasted a really short time.

Randy Savage went from being one of the biggest stars in wrestling to jobbing to Spider-Man.

Norton worked Japan long before Fire & Ice.

Plus he had a brief WCW stint in 93 feuding with sting, but was replaced by The Prisoner (Nailz) at slamboree 93

I think that everytime this thread gets a new post, Arnold_OldSchool dies a little bit inside.

This hasn't gone like he thought it would.
