Too bad I don't live anywhere near Chicago.

I might try sneaking in, but there's no way I'm paying a full ticket price to watch Dax Riggs play his indie type stuff for half an hour.

Wilco, RHCP, Flaming Lips, and The Go! Team sound good. Of Montreal and the Shins do nothing for me. My feelings on Kanye West have been made clear. Blues Traveler was cool when I was in 5th grade. Sleater-Kinney is allegedly great but I don't care for that riot-grrl nonsense.

Disco Biscuits kick ass. Iron & Wine is an enjoyable experience. Reverend Horton Heat is good for shits and giggles.

I'd like to see them along with the above mentioned bands (particularly Wilco).

Did anybody here go to this last year? The website's schedule made it look the bands had some rather short set times.

I would have to drive 1000 miles to go to this.

The good news is that I know how to navigate Chicago's public transport system. I like Grant Park. I can stay at my Grandma's house.

Perfect location for an August festival too. Right on the lake. Even during a terrible heatwave, the temperature should only get up to about ninety.

Another good reason to go....I haven't been home in two years.

The line up is good enough for a square like me.
