Scroby 0 Report post Posted March 24, 2006 For those who live in the Bay Area of California, BRAWL a local indy wrestling promotion is having a card in Antioch CA at the fairgrounds. Doors open at 6:30 PM and bell time is 7:00 PM Featured matches are: For BRAWL heavyweight title: It will be Current Champion Vic Grimes defending against Pogo-2000 and also Adam Thronstowe in a 3 way match. At the last show, Adam Thronstowe beat Rik Luxury in a 30 minute iron match to earn his shot at the title also after beating Big Ugly JD Bishop, Vic Grimes became distracted by BRAWL general manager Doug E. Bucks and was attacked by Pogo-2000 and the rest of his stable "The Rejected". The tag team champions The Suburban Commandos came to the rescue of Vic Grimes but was cut off and also got attacked by the Rejected. By the end of the night The Rejected stable took off with the heavyweight and tag titles. Also for the Internet Championship, there will be a ladder match. It will be Kenny K vs El Hijo De Chupacabra vs Bonzai Bruce At the last show, Chupacabra beat Kenny and then chapion Bonzai in a controversal way (match is on youtube if anyone wants to see it, look up Brawl in the search) and Doug E. Bucks decided to be fair by vacanting the title and having a rematch for the march 24th show and that rematch will be in a ladder match. Also D-unt and DJ Rizz The Suburban Commandos will be defending their titles against Doug E Bucks Mystery Oppoents. Who they will be, I don't know. How the Commandos are going to defend their titles...I have no idea since they were stolen by the Rejected at last months show. Other wrestlers who might be on the card are: The Big Ugly JD Bishop, Vinnie Massaro, Rejected members Luster the Legend and Trent Hemridge, Rik Luxury, Paul Isadora, and Sir Samurai Come and check us out tomorrow night in Antioch CA at the Fairgrounds, doors open at 6:30 and bell time is at 7:00 (give or take...cause you know its a wrestling show.)
