--There was an incident last night at Bert Prentice's USA Wrestling show in Nashville backstage involving Jim Cornette and Ed Ferrara which was not an angle. Ferrara went to shake Cornette's hand, and Cornette started telling him off about insulting his friend Jim Ross with his mocking of Ross on both WWF and WCW TV (Oklahoma character pretending to have Bells Palsy). Cornette spit in Ferrara's eye before the altercation was broken up backstage. Ferrara asked what was that for, and Cornette said, that it was for JR.

I've always gotten the impression that Cornette holds grudges for a REALLY long time. How many people out there has he unloaded on over the years? Russo, Ferrara, the nWo, Heyman...?

I can understand how he feels. If someone made fun of a serious condition my friend had i wouldent want to shake there hands and act buddy,buddy with them. I would just walk away.

Heh heh heh, I was at that show last night.  Didn't see the incident itself as it took place backstage, but Cornette looked unusually happy, and Ferrera was walking around with his shoulders slumped and his head down.

Im glad cornette did it. the impression would have been funny w/o the facial stuff and no one would have been bent out of shape about it. Incorporating someones affliction they have no control over into an impression was just a shitty thing to do.
