Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 14, 2002 No Way Out has a match with Test in it. No storyline, just attempt # 354 to get Test over. OK. Fine. Pee break. But now the Hardyz are coming back at NWO. The suck just keep going up. Regal/Edge 337 in a pole match. I didn't think they could make this feud anymore boring. But a fucking pole match. Jesus Christ. I seriously think they are trying to make the nWo look good compared to this shit.

Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 14, 2002 The Hardy's are back to become Hall & Nash's bitches. Test still won't get over. And he'll end up taking Booker T down with him. No comment for the Edge/Regal match.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted February 14, 2002 Why couldn't they just do Edge/Regal in a street fight? Regal is a great brawler, and Edge has done well in TLC matches and other hardcore-like environments.
Guest The Man in Blak Report post Posted February 14, 2002 The Hardyz are back because the whole damn tag division is in a state of perpetual suck with just Booka/Test and Midget Madness at the helm. I just hate the fact that Regal and Edge are feuding at all - no matter how many matches these guys have, I don't think their EVER going to present anything watchable. Regal's a slug and BYGAWD if Edge doesn't get come-uppance at the PPV, I think that will pretty much be the last nail in the coffin for his career as a marketable wrestler. Guest The Vanilla Midget Report post Posted February 14, 2002 yeah, booker is awesome at generating heat, and i think the wwf is trying to get some if this to rub off on test by teaming him with booker. it wont happen though, so hopefully booker can turn face soon, so that he and benoit can fight the heels jericho and angle in some awesome matches. NO! The hardys are back together because they FAILED as singles wrestlers. Never forget that.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted February 14, 2002 I don't know why the Hardys are back at all. I liked it when they weren't around. I was as sick of them as I am of Test.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 14, 2002 They should of had RVD vs. Regal. I think Regal is a good promo guy, but his matches suck because his style clashes with just about every one.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 14, 2002 Just imagine if during the tag team turmoil...the two teams in the ring are the Hardys and ChuckaBilly... I call they start making out.
Guest The Man in Blak Report post Posted February 14, 2002 I already ranted on this in another thread, but the Hardyz didn't screw the Hardyz singles push - the WWF screwed the Hardyz singles push. They flirted with it when Jeff won the IC title, but they got cold feet and squished it before it got anywhere. Past that, their timing with the Hardy breakup sucked - the WWF fans had already went through the E&C breakup just a couple of months prior, so it's just a little cliche for yet /another/ tag team to undergo a breakup. Sure, the Hardy v. Hardy match could easily cure insomnia and cause detrimental effects to the sympathetic nerves, but the WWF never figured out who they wanted to go over in the feud anyway so it really didn't matter. The Hardyz may be a stale tag team, but fans identify them with a much stronger era in tag team wrestling and, personally, I'd definitely take the Hardyz in the ring over any exposure to Billy & Chuck. Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 15, 2002 The Hardyz fucked their own push by having the worst match ever, at Vengeance. The worst part was Vince (Who knew they sucked) asked them to do a high flying match and they disobeyed him. They thought they could have a good wrestling match. WRONG. The fans pissed on it and they got punished. End of story.
Guest Anorak Report post Posted February 15, 2002 I dont know what's worse really... Knucks on a pole? I suppose it's better than 'Dutchess of Queensbury' rules. Steph as a ref? I suppose she has to be the centre of attention, shame she sucks.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 15, 2002 The Brass-Knuckles on a Pole is worst than Steph being the ref for HHH/Angle. Since Regal & Edge have wrestled SO MANY times and all there matches have sucked.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted February 15, 2002 Exactly. That's why have a Street Fight. It would be different than their other matches. This match will be exactly the same, with some going after the knux to stall for time.
Guest Galactic Gigolo Report post Posted February 15, 2002 << Why Does the WWF hate me?" Because you touch yourself at night! And if you don't watch Family Guy religiously like I do, you don't get the joke. I like Test, but the WWF can't attempt to get him over for the 30th time if they don't plan on giving him a unique personality, and a good angle for him to run with. And as for The Hardyz and the Mr. I Clash Styles With Everyone Who's Last Name Doesn't End With Benoit/Heatless Edge feud, ugh... And to think, WWF fired Elix Skipper and Alan Funk to make sure these guys can be on TV.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 15, 2002 It would be a waste of time and resources to try and retool Test just for him to fail. It's time to give up on the Test Experiment.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted February 15, 2002 I doubt they will. They still haven't given up on Billy Gunn, and he's been a black hole of suck since 1993.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted February 15, 2002 Family Guy RULES! Great use of quote. Wasn't the line before that on the show: Why did Grandma have to die? CLASSIC!
Guest Galactic Gigolo Report post Posted February 15, 2002 Family Guy RULES! Great use of quote. Wasn't the line before that on the show: Why did Grandma have to die? CLASSIC! It was actually used in a flashback sequence. I forgot how the sequence related to the story but it's Peter at the museum when he was a child. "Why did all the dinosaurs die?" Museum Tour Guide: "Because you touch yourself at night!" And I remember this one, from the same episode. Lois: "Peter, your drunk again." Peter: "No I'm not. I'm just exhaused because I've been up all night drinking." Long live Family Guy. Even if it gets canceled, it probably won't be long till Comedy Central gives it a home next to The Critic on Sunday nights.
