The Rock's next movie to be shown at Cannes Film Festival

Gellar plays his girlfriend and Moore plays his wife? People give the Rock a lot of shit but from what I've seen, it's not his fault. I mean, he was good in Walking Tall, Be Cool & the jungle movie. I haven't seen Doom, nor will I, but from the sounds of it, it was just a bad script.

I think the Rock's a quality actor. He was great in The Rundown and Walking Tall (which was otherwise a terrible movie), he has the credibility to be a great action star, and he has really good comedic timing. Plus he doesn't have the stigma of being 'that wrassler guy' anymore.
