Next stipulation to be added around 10:15 or so: If Austin gets any offense in, he loses. He will win when Flair manages to beat himself up for fifteen minutes and he falls on Flair for the pin despite having his ankles and arms tied together while blindfolded.

So he's pushing for recreating the McMahon/Austin fued from way back when. This all just stinks of the old McMahon/Austin fued. Which is beyond lame. Someone give the man some credit, he's been having some real good matches lately (last week's vs. Brock was really good, I thought, but the net buried it because they didn't think Brock should sell for Lesnar. Newsflash: Days of Unstoppable Monster That Doesn't Sell is over, this is about as unstoppable as Brock is going to get). Hopeful Prediction: RVD will drop the IC Title to Brock at KOTR and win the Undisputed Title from a heel HHH at SummerSlam (or maybe Survivor Series, who knows) as the ratings continue to drop. Unhopeful Prediction: RVD will drop the IC Title to Brock at KOTR and will find himself in a bunch of mid-card feuds for the rest of the year.
